Between the old hilltop village and the villas of Cap-Martin, Roquebrune brings two worlds together: characterful houses with irregular volumes, and newer flats with wide openings onto the sea. In both cases the task is the same — let the light in and turn the eye towards the outside.

Sea-view flats
The view is the main asset. Low furniture, a restrained palette, nothing that competes with the horizon.
Terraces and outdoor space
In Cap-Martin the terrace is used all year round. I treat it as a room in its own right.
Being based here, I can come and take a first look quickly, with no travel costs.
